Maryland Tax Adjustment on specific donations
Maryland taxpayers who make eligible donations may subtract the value of their donations, up to $1,000, from their federal adjusted gross income to determine their Maryland gross income.
Eligible donations include disposable diapers, hygiene products for infants or children, feminine personal hygiene products, or cash that is specifically designated for the purchase of these products.
